This is a stupid app! The other reviews were spot on! You download it and then you can't watch any of the channels. Customer assistance told me to screen shot the problem and send it to their email. WHY? Why would I bother go to all the trouble if it should work properly in the first place?! Good job Sky!

I thought it can recognize the plans that I have on mu account because it
asked for the account number, but it does not. Every channel that I select
says its not part of my subscription. Deleting app. Waste of memory.

I don't know what's the problem with the other users but mine worked great and fast the first time I used it. Just key in your email and password that's registered with your sky account online and everything's a breeze. UPDATE: Tried with other devices as well and all worked fine. Please read also their FAQ. If you register with your sky BROADBAND account you only get to watch local channels in the app, but if you register with your skyCABLE account you get also to watch foreign channels covered by your plan. It pays to read and ask questions rather than post nasty comments. Hope this helps! 😘

I am subscribed to Sky Broadband Plan 1399 but the app says its not part of my subscription plan yet it clearly stated free sky on demand access in your website??? Is this a blatant lie???
