Tldr: Monitor is awesome, Design Placement is awful. Monitor: works great, informing me of the progress of my embroidery stitch-out very accurately, and notifying me when the thread color needs to be changed promptly. Design Placement feature: when the hooped fabric is set as Hoop Background, the image is in terribly low resolution, and worse than that, the image is not aligned to the hoop at all. I hope an improvement is on the horizon when icon 2 comes along.

App works intermittently on the Pfaff creative icon since Dec 2020. Old data showing up in app - machine shows 63% done but app shows 10% done. Previously worked just fine for last 2 years. Also, the developer support email doesn't work.
