Using BlueStacks

I have an old account but I forgot my password, I tried to recover it but all what I got is a verification email code that I cant use in my mobile..!!

I dont think I've ever experienced an app this bad. You CANNOT look at anything without creating an account. Once you create an account you CANNOT do anything without referring the app to someone. and once you create an account and refer someone, the app crashes and crashes every single time you try to log back in. 30 minutes of wasted time and not one piece of scrap metal pricing information.
