I am also unable to log in, changed passwords several times. I just going to find a new insurance company all together. This is a reflection if their services. Absolute garbage. And no replies from app developers or the company shows they just dont care. Get your self a better more reputable insurance provider and stay away from ocean harbor.

Have tried multiple times to sign in to my account but won't let me. Keeps saying email and password don't match. Have never been able to sign in and always have to call to pay my insurance. Absolutely worthless!

Terrible! If it were possible I'd rate zero stars, because the app is absolutely impossible to use! It requires a password, but won't let you create one. Then if you try to reset or create password through your browser on their website it spits out error messages about the password not matching no matter how many times you try or different password combinations you use. Absolutely one of the worst apps I've ever tried!
