3rd class app and policy, at service center there is nothing like priority for booking. Service is on 1st come 1st served basis. Even washing charge is also to be paid more if service is booked by this app. Worst ever, be shameful.

I am the new customer and a intial user of mahindra. As far as I have used this app, I can clearly describe the software is not designed upto the mark. Various features like the detailing of customer concerns are not available. Mhaindra should make it the plethora optional app by adding such must required buttons.
