We haven't been able to get the website to open for the last 2 weeks. There is a security error. This is the first time it has opened. UPDATE: 6-2-21 uninstalled and reinstalled app...still will not open. I can go to the website and view content but app is still broken.

My husband and I have not been able to use this app on either of our phones for a few weeks. We have installed, uninstalled, rebooted and nothing works. We have used this app previously on our phones and miss it. Whatever you have done, please fix it.

I like WRAL, but the app is not great. Articles on the main page are not updated frequently enough. The same articles stay there for several days. Many stories have no text and force you to watch a video, which I hate. Most of the time when I read an article & go back to the main page, the page reloads and puts me back at the top of the page so I have to scroll all the way back down to find my place. A lot of the stories could really benefit from pictures, like animal stories & strange events.

New version is too time-consuming to use often. The old version let you scroll quickly down a list of news items with small photos off to the side but now every news item has a much larger photo and longer description to scroll through just to see all the stories. I actually read far fewer stories because I just give up. Now if it's not one of the first four or five, I won't read it here.

I cannot even open up the new version of WRAL News or Weather on my Samsung android OR my computer! What's the deal? Used the old version for years! Help! Says there is a Network problem. Have uninstalled and reinstalled 3 times. Still will not open.
