I've been using this app for 2years,my experience of this app was good before this time because now this app is not responding properly in other words it is crashing down very often.I have to pay my cable bill with my relatives help for which they'll charge more money which is a loss for me. So I kindly request you to solve this problem. Thank you

Definitely one of the WORST apps. It has just SO MANY PROBLEMS - won't open when you need it, payment won't go through, If you hit back after choosing payment method then you have to wait another hour or so to make the payment again, and until recently I had to select the list of channels/packs every month before recharge. Finally they put an option where I can skip selecting channels. 1 star for this obvious innovation 👏😑

Worest service. No action will be taken on customer complaints. The complaint will be closed without attending on the problem with remarks RESOLVED. What for this provision for registering the complaints ? When you will not taje any action. Worest servuce I have ever faced.

Every time when I try to recharge one or the other problem will be there and now the amount has been debited but still it's showing not yet recharged. And when I call the customer care, they'll tell they'll check but they'll not update the things. Worst experience!!!!!

Don't do huge mistake to intall this app and take new connection of hathway digital cable because they provide worst service not only this, this app only show your selected channel but you can't pay online and can't change channel, you have only call for any work regarding cable connection you have call again and again local Cable Operater. So you can choose any D2H connection....

200 years old Functionality. Can't recharge online on my own and have to go through local operator only. Lost his number and call center can't recharge nor provide his number. If you want to give local operators comission, divert it from my online payment. But, remove my dependency on him.
