It's more the fact of trying to log into the app and trying to log in in general the app never seems to work when I want to do this and if you try to log in through the actual website you have to go through three different links he just to reach the login site it's tedious annoying and the amount of times I've had to email that I T support is ridiculous.

The app could be better if load times were quicker, and sometimes when loading the app it won't even load at all and will get stuck. Other than that, everything else seems to work no problem.

Sometimes it doesn't allow you to log in and it's hard to delete emails once on them, but overall it's a great app for uni!

Unable to log in as graduate, with new password.

Not much use in downloading a separate app when all that the app does is take you to a web page anyway. The whole point of an app is to minimise or eliminate the need to use the web.

Emails don't update quick enough.
