The app itself could function better, especially where you enter your credit card info. It took me awhile to get it to work. Also, they aren't joking when it says "amounts and products may vary." I ordered a personal care pkg that didn't have any socks, and I ordered the anytime munchies basket that was missing 3 items. Pretty disappointed considering I paid almost $80. I also emailed them, but no answer. The pkgs were 3 days late. It took 10 days to get there & I paid S&H. No tracking #s either
