So I completed all the training and I didn't get any of the credit for it so I basically wasted about 45 to 50 mins for absolutely nothing and then when you actually ask for any type of technical help they take about 3 to 4 days to actually reply back to you and while you're in the chat asking for the help they'll ask you do you want to read any material while you're waiting and then it doesn't even allow you to reply back so if you're here for Maui Jim training just uninstall bcz it's so bad!

Glitchy, things don't load, can't get access to discounts even when you finish all the trainings. Needs a serious overhaul

Works good for 2 minutes then just crashes and pauses videos and doesn't load ect. So i have to close the APP down wait 30min and try again or wait for the next day. I need this for work so fix the problems

The app won't open and the videos won't load and when they do the won't buffer so a 3minute videos turns out to be a 7minute video. Please sort the problem I need this for work !!!!
