I haven't been able to sign in on the RoccoLove App for the past three weeks. I keep getting an invalid username error and it hasn't been addressed yet even though Head Office is aware of the issue. I have uninstalled and re-installed RocoLove, and the error is still there. I have changed passwords as well. Head Office told me a few weeks ago that it had to do with some system changes or updates but am I the only one who can't seem to access RocoLove?

This app is continuously faulty and the restaurant seems to not check the orders regularly so we go to collect orders +- 30 Min later and restaurant says they have no order ... It always gets messed up. Very frustrating.

Functional, but buggy and unreliable. We've had cases when ordering where we didn't get an SMS, where the app recommend a branch that was further away than our closest branch, and tonight we ordered, showed on our side, but not on theirs, which means we need to wait for our order more than 40 min after ordering. There is also no option to redeem a voucher when paying on the app. Very disappointed with this.

I've been struggling to sign up, keeps on saying my email address is invalid which is ridiculous because I use the very same email address for other apps and for work as well

There is no point in this app if they only start making your food when you arrive later to pick it up. Just as well go and order

What a waste of time. Doesn't work, and none of the restaurants are loaded so you can't get past the first screen. *Edit:* 1 year later. Still an absolutely terrible app. Nothing works, and the UX is a joke. I can only imagine that this was developed by someone in high school.
