Forget MULA. No cars, no rides. No service. Not even sure if they are a genuine company. Don't waste your time or the space on your phone. It's completely useless.

No fixed fare like GRAB or DACSEE and that is what makes this app unpopular. Why the management of MULA opted for this strategy? It simply makes no business sense nor is it consumer friendly. In an era where people are cutting costs, you increase the fare rates based on traffic situations. Learn from the leaders like GRAB, UBER and LYFT. Or get left behind and suffer a slow death. By the way, I suggest you shut down your marketing and branding department.

Please take note it's an estimate fare stated on the app. Hence, even with the discount I got with tng wallet, the final price is about the same as grab or it could be more expensive because there's no fixed price! It could be a good thing (give you the right to hold payment) or bad thing (hassle) about payment part. Because you are required to click here and there then it's for you to decide whether to pay the driver (with tng wallet).
