all good. its just that pickup location kinda far (more than 5km) many trips cancelled by customer and very hard for picked up due to customer lack of choice to find the actual location.for ex: shopping mall , customer can be anywhere hiding at the corner. so we need more name of the place/shop/bus station and etc.. easy for them to wait and for us to pick up. pls improve thanks mula.. love mula..😚

map need improvement as waze grab and waze mula really different. customer choose pick up at sunway pyramid entrance 1 but it point to bus stop pyramid. i call customer to clarify luckily customer are kind enough to walk to another entrance. mula apps easy to use but riders still less. driving in sunway and puchong. need more marketing by Mula to the public.

Wasted my top up RM20 From Serdang -> Setapak and vice versa, Pudu Area, not even a single PING, luckily I did not go to those area purposely or I will waste both fuel & car maintenance in vain Using Grab App, I received ping even before I reverse my car out from my house LoL Been online to date more than 6 hours but not even a single PING received, well done scamming top up monies

Good apps and service for driver but your apps keep crash and not running at background after a few min and always need to check and reopen back...it cause driver can't get passenger and passenger will fed up coz no driver to pick up when they request for MULA service...please fix this issue coz this problem im facing already 7 month

Register as mate process until step 4 document upload, press [ choose document] no response, try with different phone and retry still same. Give up.
