I was so excited to try this but I can't click on any of the times to book, it just keep bringing up Google maps of the cinema location :( I tried reinstalling the app as another user had the same problem and that was the solution but still no luck! Plz help

Love Mubi and this helps take their superb movie experience to the next level, ie. physical attendance. Alas, my nearest cinemas are a little far away. Hopefully they can add the lovely Ilkley Cinema to their list real soon then I can add that extra star.

I have the same problem as Mathew had. The app doesn't recognise that I've already upgraded my subscription, so I can't book any tickets :(

Have attempted to subscribe via Google subscription but it does not recognise me as being logged in, bit if I try and subscribe again it says there is an error and that I have already subscribed.

The product concept is great but the execution is poor. It tries to be simple, but to the point of not being very helpful. The use of location over typing in an address makes the service offered completely irrelevant, because users cannot plan what they want to see ahead of time unless they are close to their local cinema. E.g. I'm at work. I don't live near work. I want to see a film near my house this week, but can't find out what's on and where, so it's totally useless! Sort it out!
