Awful! And there is only round no matter how many times you play boots is always in the same spot and Dora says the same thing my 2 year old loves Dora but won't even play this

Seriously is it ever going to load? My 2 year old got all excited then it wouldn't load then she started throwing tantrum. Refund? Possibly make it work?
