Using BlueStacks

The correct username and password it shows invalid username and password. Seriously I have tried several times. But still getting the same problem again and again is terrific.I tried to contact the robomate technician and ro bomate support but it's of no use. They are not responding to me. What can I do?By the way it is a good app and shows the performance o f student

This app always show incorrect username or password and when I click on forgot password, it sends an email which shows the user ID and password but what is the use of it, bcz when I enter the user id and password which is shown in the email then also it says incorrect username or password
