This application needs a lot of improvement. Point charging from ads dont add up to your current points and you need to restart the app just to see if you gained points or not. Next, watching an ad wont give you 2 points 100% of the time. Lastly, theres a lot of bugs needs to be fixed. Everytime you do something it will redirect you to Google Play and its so annoying, it waste too much time.

This app was working well first few days but now it is a disaster, I can't open the app neither the site, what are you all doing?? Fix the app and your website too please for god's sake!!!! If you open your apps for KPOP voting be prepared beforehand to get an influx of users because kpop fans are no joke Go call your software engineer and fix it asap before I delete this stupid app🥰

It was working fine at first but the app started lagging or won't respond for the past few days. Problem still persist even after reinstalling the app. Please solve the issue before the voting officially starts.

The simple interface is good but some parts won't work like the menu and search feature. No matter how many times I tap they don't respond. If there's a certain device requirement or location restriction please make us aware. Thank you.

The system totally sucks. Trying to log in & couldnt get through no response... agreed with the terms & condition it takes 20 min to load...My nick name takes forever to load...sigh & disappointed...So then I've Uninsstalled it simple as that. Maybe to whom it may concern you should try to Fix your system..

It froze on the first loading. I didn't even have a chance to look inside. I guess the technical team have a very huge homework to make this app at least can works.
