Can't upload your photo. My father is a government servant. He is required to upload one photo and submit to his superiors but can't because no matter how many times I try it doesn't upload. Every times the apps says your photo is upload in offline mode and that's it. I have tried switching phones, reinstalling the app, reloging by different mobile numbers but still the same offline msg. Please fix this.
