most pathetic and useless app. i usually don't write app reviews but i am writing this one because i dont want others to suffer like i did. i booked a can of water and it never arrived. i had to go without drinking water for a full day because of this app. Don't rely on this app. This doesn't work

This app is damn slow and not user friendly....The delivery slots are just for the name sake, Never delivered on selected time slots....They force us to be available for their feasibility...I donno for what joy the time slots are for... Customer executives are so shameless to be sorry everytime... Everything sucks about this app!

Worst app and worst service. You can just place the order and nobody cares to confirm or deliver or communicate anything , even after raising grievance they didn't come back. If you try to call nobody picks up. I think this is a fake app which steals your data. AVOID THIS APP

Through this App, you can't book single Can. After I installed and ordered one can of Dr. H. Alkaline Water Can last night which is supposed to be delivered today 8.00am to 11.00am, I got a notification inside app to change Qty for 2 or more, then only they will deliver the product. I wonder, nowhere they mentioned this in App content. They must remove digit 1 from Qty. I'm lucky to choose COD while booked the order so that I saved my Money. Very first - very bad experience. Unworthy company. 👎
