The worst shopping app i have come across. Put in an order through the app and paid but apparently it wasn't synced with the system, so they had to call in the IT team. Customer service is slow, operating procedures are too rigid and doesn't put customers first.

Maybe the worst e-commerce ever. They promised to NOT insert the invoice inside the package whether it's a gift. BULLSH*T. I purchased a lot of gift, and they insert the invoice with the price. I never felt so embarrassed in my whole life!

Was hoping that the app experience would be better than the website, which btw has abysmal loading times. Multiple problems with the code, causing payment, password and voucher input errors, with no way to cancel unpaid orders. Kanmo, you need to fire your IT team.

Bad experience, searching and sorting feature is not working, very slow application, i can not use the store credit.

This app is probably the slowest app i have ever used. The loading took forever, it took a long time for me to sign in and to check out my order. I think it's not permissible to launch an app that works like this. Somebody please fix this.
