Incredible helpful, especially paired with the sister app, RecovPath(I am in recovery) and both help me keep track of my days and mood and feelings. It helps hold me accountable for things. Use it properly, it will help out immensely. If not, out probably won't get too much help from it.

I really like this app because it also coincides with my recovery path app. It helps me to see where my triggers are what sets me back, what sets me off and different things that that I can do to make myself feel better. Also my clinician can plug in and look at my test and help me in my aid as they can plug into the app and see what my mind or my thoughts are on situations.

Whatever u do, don't flip your phone or the audio will restart and start playing again over what's already playing. Really bothersome and there is no escape from it until u completely shut down the app

Really helpful to me: even though the audio lessons and clinician connect aren't working, this app offers so much for free!
