For six months,every time I login to check my autoship, my autoship date changes on its own with no email notification. Autoship is supposed to make ordering easier, but I spend so much time checking to make sure I'm actually going to get my order shipped each month. I don't want to lose my locked in discount. I spoke with customer service about this in January and a ticket was opened and closed. The issue has not been resolved, and now I'm reading others with the same issue. Please fix!

Great product sucky company. Expensive but good products. But the company and communication sucks as far as customer service. After 2 years I am done will no longer support anything modere.
