App shows offers that don't apply at checkout - new user code or free shipping. Trying to place orders via the app is not great. Error messages show indicating payment has notnoccured and try again later but get an order notification a few hours later saying it has gone through. Support chat via the website were helpful. Would order via website in future and not the app.

Fabrics are bad with bad finish. Most dresses are not lined. Products are not as the pictures. I bought the same dress twice, the second time it wasn't of the same quality at all.

It's a nice app, with good quality clothing & scarfs. Shipping us quite high. They say its free when you spend a certain amount, but it doesn't show up in the cart.

The clothes are great and the prices are excellent however it says free shipping but it isn't. The free shipping only ever applies if you spend £40+😐
