Sometimes the map gets confused and crazy and almost every time I open the app I need to introduce the same personal information, it must be a bug or something else you need to ckeck out.

There's no option to cancel an order, I've been waiting for an hour and my order isn't even ready for pickup. There's no way to contact the restaurant or any type of costumer service to find out why it's taking so long. This is the last time I use this app for food delivery. I advise everyone else to do the same.

70% of orders are cancelled after waiting 30 45 mins. I dont use it anymore. Uber never failed on me. Not sure why they cancel so much. :(

The app sucks. If you leave the screen, you lose your order state. They cancel orders all the time without telling you why, and the app doesn't notify you that your order was cancelled. Incredibly frustrating and bad service.
