I have more issues and no resolution to the site working. What was an 8-hour course is taking a week because the site freezes up, videos won't play, or credit is recording correctly. I have called multiple times, I have put in tickets. I have changed from tablet phone to computer. My home a friend home public library for internet access. Nothing has changed. I needed the courses for my job and I'm so frustrated.

The platform is perfect and thes courses are pretty good, well presented. But one thing that kills the perfection of the content is : 50% of the courses don't have a file support that helps you read and have the summary of the course, so you need to write down everything which is waste of time when you know that you're running after the deadline.

Annoying and unhelpful notifications from the app every few hours. I even turned off push notifications but it still won't shut up. The lessons are also extremely monotone and unengaging. You can literally be put to sleep by the videos. Aside from an occasional quiz, there's not much to keep you invested. App itself is fine and stable otherwise. The search function could be improved with ways to narrow your search results. I would also like a way to save a course for later besides enrolling.

I simply love Simplilearn! The have given me a Recharge on my desire for more knowledge. And the Video classes are so awesome. Very easy to follow and they even allow you to pause if you want to take notes, although I believe in the easy way so I always just pause and take a screen shot for my notes. Anyway, if you're looking to expand your business knowledge about and while using the latest state of the art technology, then I truly recommend that you sign up today, It's FREE!!!!!!!!

I'm giving 2 stars because the free courses are awesome. It's so painful that after giving the best of my time, power and resources to refreshing the app inorder to download the course I enrolled for, I could not get to watch some of the videos, it keeps telling me something went wrong. I am really pissed. I would however appreciate it if this issue is addressed. PS: I'm used the updated app.

Timing is everything... Being new to this part of the IT industry, I was looking for something that could help me organize myself. There are a ton of apps etc to get info from, this app was both informative and covered a broad scope of the necessary things to do for potential success Notice I said potential? Like anything else, the effort put forth will show. The little quizzes and ultimately the certification process will unmask the phonies. Now mind you, this isn't the end all, but very good
