I shut off the notifications but they keep getting turned back on. I use my phone for my alarm clock I don't need the notifications waking me up.

The app itself works fine, but..the content is terrible since the weather forecasts are 90% wrong. I checked the forecast at about 5 am, and it said there would be heavy thunderstorms at 10 am. 10 came and there was not cloud in the sky. This is not an isolated incident. It happens 90% of the time! Forecast accuracy in the 1980s was far higher. What the heck happened in the last 40 years. We have super high tech satellites today. How could weather prediction accuracy have degraded so much?

I've deleted the KWWL app in favor of KCRG because of what gets billed as "top" or "breaking" news. I don't see how chik filet adding new menu items is newsworthy let alone top news. No mention of Theresa May winning a vote if no confidence in the British parliament or US service members being killed. Yes, I realize those stories were in the Nation/World but they certainly deserve more time and notice than Chik Filet.

does not open on my phone. only the channel 7 logo shows. very poor quality. I xo not recommend the app. However, channel 7 haa been my primary news source for over 20 years.

Just my opinion, but I liked their older version of the app. The older version was easier to find things as the presentation was cleaner!
