Using BlueStacks

Unable to register at all.

After filling all the details, when clicked on submit/register button, registration is not taking. It just loads and nothing happens. Have entered details several times and it's the same issue.

I had got my sister register for my son on her phone, now I am not able to transfer it to my phone. Using the change device option asks for an unusual OTP which I don't have. Not sure how it's supposed to work. The YouTube link has problems which had some demo

There is no option for forget password. Unable to register again with other mail also as it shows already registered with the device.

Mithra Navigation
Add Vadhu/ Vara

Step 1: After successful registration please log in to Mithra app using your Email ID and password.

Step 2: Verify the mobile and Email OTP (Email OTP is not mandatory).

Step 3: Please click on the side menu icon to navigate to Mithra Varalaya.

Step 4: Click on Mithra Varalaya.

Step 5: Click on Add Vadhu/Vara.

Step 6: Please fill the details and submit.

Step 7: App will auto-navigate to List of Vadhu/Vara.
