This app always making problems for our writers. Can you fix your app pls? I've using this app since 2018 and it always didn't work out. Now I can't delete one of my novel, and i can't change my profile picture, also i can't change my novel cover. Done clear my storage, done uninstall and download the app again, but nothing changed. And i did send email to you, i haven't heard any news from you guys. Fix this problem immediately please.

Alert 152 and invalid auth token keep pop up when I want to read and press my profile. I can't change my profile picture eventhough I have tried so many times. I have try uninstall and install again. Pls solve it. Thanks

Everytime I try to use the app, it's always come with an error that say no internet connection everytime I open the app. I thought at first got something with my internet connection and I kept restart my phone and clear cache and also uninstalled the app but the same thing happened. Before, I've lost my followers and coins too so please fix it. Thank you!

I've been used this app more than 3 years and so far no problem... unfotunately, I did not receive coin after purchase 3 days ago..i already made a complain and till today still no respond..please take a look this.

So far, no serious issues about this app. But, I can't top-up nCoins. Before this, I bought the coins but didn't get. They took my money but not giving the coins. I already wrote a review before and I consider it settled. And just now I tried to top-up but it shows 'Error : You already own this item.' This happens multiple times everytime I want to buy coins. What does that mean? I don't understand it. Hope you can solve this. Edit: I can't read anything. It's all black. Please fix this. Thanks.

Been using this app for few months now and have been published 2 novels. And yesterday, i found my followers and both of my novels disappeared in just a few mins to 0. When i checked my novels by putting the titles on the search button, they are still there, but the writer's name changed to Null. AND now, i can't even log in to my account. Please do something to recover this issue NP. Thank you.
