This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Urgent Call Pro on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.

This app deserves to get a 5 straight up. It not only works great while not in use however, during emergencies this app performs very well. No problem downloading it, and program it to fit the way I want to use it took reading but very easy, and no problem stopping it. It works so well sometimes I forget to turn it off so I use the built in timer... Samsung Galaxy S5.

This app is a great addition to lollipop. It provides you the ability to let through repeated calls, a function not included with lollipop. The pro version allows you designate specific contacts to allow thru when received multiple times within the time period that you specify.

Would like to see the ability to block entire contact sources. I use my phone for work and personal calls. While on holidays it would be great if I could block all my work contacts

It has been hit or miss lately, many texts from contacts on my allowed list have not been allowed to alert me with the notification sound

About this app

Urgent Call Pro gives you extra ability to customize your alerts. Just like Urgent Call Lite, it works out of the box and lets you customize your alerts and turn them off and on as necessary. In addition to the customization that the Lite version provides, you can customize your alerts to only filter in certain people, and you can add extra alerts to give different rules to different people trying to reach you.

In today’s fast-paced and very connected world, sometimes it’s hard to get a little peace and quiet. Urgent Call is the solution! Urgent Call is the filter that lets you turn off the distractions and disturbances, but lets the most important calls or texts get through.

Once you install Urgent Call, feel free to put your phone into silent mode anytime. If the same person calls you 3 times within 15 minutes, your phone will ring on the third call, even if it’s in silent mode. Or, if someone sends you a text message with the keyword “Urgent!”, your phone will alarm you, even if it’s in silent mode. The app is very easy to customize. Feel free to change the keyword, or to change the number of calls or timespan required for you to get an alert. It’s easy!

Once you install Urgent Call, you will need to launch the app at least once in order for it to work. After launching it and agreeing to the terms and conditions, Urgent Call will remain active anytime you silence your phone. If you need to disable Urgent Call from letting anybody through, no matter how urgent, you can launch the app and turn the setting to “off” temporarily.
