I tried 4 sharp foto's of insects and the app failed on all. The first was a rosemary beetle ("Chrysolina americana"). It is a very characteristic beatle, but the app only said that is was a beatle. I don't need an app to tell me it is a beattle! I want to know which beatle. On a second beatle the app didn't even recognise it was a beatle. The third was a butterfly, but the result was such a different butterfly. The 4th try was a Cockchafer ("Melolontha melolontha"). a very recognisable beetle. It came up with a type of butterfly as match. The app is not worth the money or looking at the adds untill it starts recognising insects.

The price isn't bad, but sadly, I couldn't get anywhere in the app because of the ads! I don't pay up front; I want to see what the app does first. I don't think you're going to be winning new users to this app because the ads are IMPOSSIBLE!! I just wanted to make certain that this is what I want......siiiigh I'll try and get through more, but we'll see. I may delete it. Ads hell! Ugh!

I start the app on Galaxy 10 and there is nothing to say how it works! I want to feed it a photo of a beetle and get an identification. All I get is a lot of other peoples messages. What is wrong with providing a MANUAL??! Or am i being very old fashioned?

Sadly the application doesn't work on my galaxy s10. I have tried to take photos of wood louse and earwigs just to test out the application. I get something went wrong every time. If you ever get the "bugs" fixed I will retry. No sense in paying $10 for something broken. Maybe before offering premium you should make sure your product works.

Bit rubbish? Anyway, I picked a clear moth pic from my gallery to test it and it gave me mayfly as first choice and no moth or butterfly in second or third.

App doesn't work at all. I had a picture of a shiny black beetle and the app insisted it was a ladybug. I'm no expert but even I know that is very very wrong. I've since found out it was a diving beetle from a different source. I had to watch an ad that lasted a lifetime to get this false information too. Quite dissappointed
