About this app

Cerita Rakyat Nusantara ini merupakan kumpulan 6 cerita sastera lisan yangterdapat di rantau ini. MLCS membina Apps berbentuk buku elektronik untuk menggalakkan murid membaca dengan cara yang menyeronokkan di samping menerapkan nilai murni.
Setiap cerita mempunyai tiga bahagian.

1. Dengar Cerita - murid dapat mendengar cerita yang dibacakan pencerita.
2. Bacaan Saya - murid dapat merakam bacaan mereka dan mendengar bacaan yang telah dirakamkan..
3. Bacakan Saya - murid dapat membaca bersama-sama pencerita.

Terdapat juga tiga aktiviti pascabacaan, iaitu
1. Membaca pantun dua kerat yang berkaitan dengan cerita yang telah dibaca.
2. Permainan kosa kata merupakan latihan mengeja. Kosa kata yang dipilih terdapat dalam teks cerita.
3. Soalan-soalan kefahaman mudah disediakan untuk memantau pemahaman murid tentang cerita yang telah dibaca.

Apps ini dibina untuk menggalakkan budaya membaca dalam kalangan murid agar sastera kita akan terus dilestarikan. Apps ini boleh digunakan oleh murid, guru mahupun ibu bapa sebagai bahan menyokong pembelajaran membaca.

Guru dapat mempelbagaikan penggunaan bahan ini mengikut profil dan keperluan murid masing-masing. Apps ini dapat dijadikan bahan pengayaan, pengukuhan dan juga pemulihan bagi menyokong pembelajaran Bahasa Melayu yang berkesan di bilik darjah.
