This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing MiX TechTool on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

Okay, so u need internet to login and before you connect to the unit via Bluetooth. With the exorbitant cost of data in ROA I think you might want to revisit authentication.
