I am from chennai frantically trying to reach a technician to look at my AC one year old still under warranty. No body picks up the call in the provided numbers, if they do no proper updates as well. Been a week now I have raised a complaint but still no one had come and looked into the issue. Really hard time getting an update. I am worried for old / senior members using Mitashi products, as this is just poor customer care being provided. I will provide the contact names in Google reviews.
