the app does not remove the rfid security check, so when i paid and left the store, the alarm went off. Personnel in the store never heard about the app before. I had to explain it to them. Then they asked if i'd put the items in the physical basket at the selfservice cashier, to disable the tags. Which i obviously did not. So the app is pretty useless and awkward at this moment. secondly, the in store scanning experience is awful. It's not the fault of the app, it's just that the decathlon barcodes are extremely well hidden inside the product, sometimes even within the closed packaging, which makes scanning it (almost) impossible

App is really messed up. Doesn't show any of my past transactions nor does it allow you to login to the app. A lot of certificate issues noticed on the app and no effort taken to resolve this what so ever.... It is really sickening to use an app that's lethargic..

If there is no barcode on the item you can't buy it There is no option to manually add it
