منهاج المسلم في علوم الحديث الحمد لله رب العالمين،وصلاة الله وسلامه ورحماته وبركاته على صفوة خلقه، وخاتم أنبيائه ورسله،سيدنا محمد واله الطاهرين، وصحابته أجمعين. ورحمةالله ومغفرته للتابعين، وتابعيهم لاحسان إلى يوم الدين. وبعد. .فقد سألني بعض الإخوة الصالحين من مدينة "وجدة" بالبلاد المغربية، ايام زيارتي لتلك الديار الإسلامية، سألني بمناسبة دعوتي الإخوان إلى الكتاب والسنة، والتمشك بهما، لانهما سبيل نجاة المسلمين، ومصدر القوة والخير لهم في كل زمان ومكان. سألني ذلك البعض المؤمن أن أضع للفئات المؤمنة هناك، والجماعة الصالحة في تلك الزبوع كتابا أشبه بمنهاج أوقانون، يشمل كل ما يهم المسلم الصالح في عقيدته، واداب نفسه، واستفامة خلقه وعبادته لربه، ومعاملته لإخوانه، على أن يكون الكتاب قبسا من نورالله ، وفلقة من شمس الحكمة المحمدية، فلا ينبرج عن دائرة الكتاب والسنة، ولايعدو هالتهما، ولاينفصل عن مركز إشعاعهما بحال من الاحوال.
