Update: They were quick to reply and fix my issue, thank you! ----------------------------------------------------- After the update the app no longer works at all, keeps telling me there is an internal server error, tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Really miss this app wish you didn't update it.

The app used to work great but somewhere around December 2020 it started crashing every time you open it. No longer works. My kids are in the Syracuse City School District. ***P.S. Update on 2.7.2021: I cleared cache and storage and it's now working again.

Worked great until mid October but after an update it stopped working. When you open the app it closes abruptly on my Android device. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling but no luck. I did email tech support they were looking into it but no update given on when it might be fixed. The website works but it's not as easy to use as the app. Please fix it so I can keep an eye on my daughter's grades and assignments. Thanks

With constant email updates from the school, it is awesome to have an app that makes it so easy to manage all my daughters school communications and info as its happening and all in one easy place. Back to school has been such a stressful and complicated task this year with Covid. This app makes things much easier, and relieves alot of the stress! Thank you!!

Can't login. It works fine for me on my Apple device, but not android, which is my primary device. Very frustrating. Get some kind of server error everytime I try. {Unexpected character encountered while parsing value: <. Path ", line O, position O. }. Update: turns out that I had to remove the “/Mobile/default.aspx” part of the URL. Now it works!

Works great. Makes keeping their grades in check easier. When I did have an issue they contacted me very quickly and got the issue fixed. Only thing I wished they could do was to add a place to add another child. I have a 4th child that started school and the school hasnt added her to it.
