About this app

al-Minah as-Saniyyah merupakan sebuah tulisan karya Syekh Sayyid ‘Abd al-Wahhab asy-Sya’rani sebagai komentar atas tulisan Syekh Abu Ishaq Ibrahim al-Matbuliy dalam buku Qomi’ ath-Thughyaan. Kitab ini membahas tentang hal-hal yang harus dilakukan seorang salik (penempuh jalan spiritual) dalam menjalani tarekat. Gaya bahasa yang digunakan cukup sederhana dan mudah dipaham bagi para pemula dan pelaku spiritual yang baru menjalani tarekat. Kesan komunikatif pun sangat terasa, seakan-akan penulis berbicara langsung dan berhadap-hadapan dengan pembaca. Sehingga bahasa yang ditampilkan banyak menggunakan kalimat perintah atau kalimat larangan langsung.

Sayyid ‘Abd al-Wahab as-Sya’rani dalam kitab ini menyebutkan beberapa pendapat ulama dan ahli sufi dari masa-masa klasik. Dan juga disebutkan didalamnya hadits-hadits dan ayat-ayat yang menjadi argumen untuk mendukung teori-teori yang diangkat dalam kitab ini. Hal ini bertujuan untuk mempermudah pemahaman pembaca dan mempermudah bagi pembaca untuk memahami tujuan dari ditulisnya di kitab ini.

Dalam kitab al-Minah as-Saniyah disebutkan beberapa tahapan yang harus dijalani salik untuk menaiki tangga spiritual. Masing-masing tangga ini memiliki keterkaitan antara anak tangga yang satu dengan anak tangga yang lainnya. Ketika salah satu anak tangga tidak dijalani, maka salik tidak akan sampai pada tujuannya.
