Fraud app, they steal my wallet money and in order history, there is no order..... Very unsatisfied experience. Its better to take items by own from outside.

Pathetic service. Pathetic customer service. Never ever recharge your wallet. They will not deliver and deduct the amount. And then not refund money even after a month of follow up. Super flop.

I loved this app. Very good interface and courteous staff. I used religiously for almost 3-4 months. Only complaint, they abruptly stopped delivering in my location yesterday. It was a heartbreak. At least a weeks notice should have been given or shared the exact concern. May be we could have helped to garner more customers in the locality. I wanted to give 1 star because of my disappointment but then the app is too good and it wouldn't be right in my part to do so if they have taken a business call due to some issue. I just hope someone takes note and restart delivery in my locality. Edit 1: The Milkman Van is still delivering in my locality. Was it stopped on purpose for me ?

Items not delivered on many occasions but balance deducted from wallet. Have to argue everytime with Customer care to get things sorted. Would highly recommend users NOT to use Milkman.

Have been using it from last 10 months. Suddenly they have stopped delivering Amul milk without prior notice. I will be shifting away from this app once my balance gets exhausted. I guess your end is near!

It is good but recently they stopped Amul and Mother dairy milk and hence you are expected to stick to cow milk from lesser known brands. Difficult to maintain subscriptions with limited options.
