-If you want to improvise over any song you’re listening to, but want a different and simple approach that avoids memorizing endless scales, tones and music theory, then Fret Blocks is perfect for you.

-Fret Blocks is a unique, simple 2 step technique, using you're ear and imagination, that lets you visualise which notes you can play along with the song you’re listening to. Letting you create the solos, chords and riffs that you imagine.

-You don’t need any knowledge of music theory, keys, or scales - you don’t even need to know the names of the different notes on the guitar fretboard.

- through a series of easy to follow video tutorials and examples

• PRACTICE
- designed for mobile and tablets, the built in virtual fretboard lets you practice the Fret Blocks technique whenever you're away from your guitar.

• PLAY
- when you're familiar with the Fret Blocks technique you will be able to improvise on your guitar without the need of the app.


How the App works
-The simple 2 step technique is taught via 2 built in videos and a further series that can be watched via an internet connection through the app.
-The Fret Blocks technique is interactively demonstrated on a virtual guitar fretboard visually highlighting which notes you can play to be in Key
-You can improvise along to your favourite music by playing the virtual guitar whilst playing songs you have stored on your device, or through external music players such as Spotify and Google Music.
-Once you grow familiar with the technique you will be able to improvise on your guitar without the app.

• Fully functional guitar simulator with Acoustic and Electric Guitar sounds
• Play single notes, or use up to three fingers simultaneously to play a chord
• Scroll & Zoom in and out of the fretboard to suit your device and preference
• Adjust the volume of the virtual guitar so you can play along to music from other apps
• Show all the note names on the entire fretboard as a learning aid
• Interactively display the Fret Blocks technique over the virtual fretboard so you know every note you can include in your improvisation to never go out of key.
• Adjust the transparency of the learning aids on the virtual fretboard to assist your learning process


TROUBLE SHOOTING
-If you experience any audio issues, it is recommend that you install a "Task Manager" app and clear the RAM memory before loading this app.
