The app is useless to verify my product. The app refuses to bring up the NFC scanner to scan my item to use the Forreal Verified authentication process. NFC is turned on, and developer mode is off, so there's no reason the scanner shouldn't be coming up. This is the ONLY reason I downloaded the app, so if it's the same for you save yourself the trouble and don't bother downloading.

I'd give it more stars if it hadn't stopped working after the first use. I scanned my first figure a week ago and it worked perfectly, made an account and had an authentication ticket for it too. Yet this time, when I try to scan my second figure it won't load the app, it gives me a white screen, the NFC is turned on but will tell me "not supported application for this NFC tag" whenever I try and scan. I really like this concept but please, make sure to test it properly and check up on your app.

It's cool to have a digital library of your stuff but ordering off here is a HUGE scam!! Two blind boxes 20$ that's fine went the check out and shipping was 50$+!!!! Like NO I'll just go to Amazon DO NOT BUY OF HERE UNLESS YOUR WILLING TO PAY 50-100$+ ON SHIPPING

The app doesn't acknowledge or try to do anything when trying to authenticate your piece. The scan page is entirely unresponsive whether you have NFC active or inactive. Recent reviews indicate issues with the app have been ongoing for months & to that end I'm not going to spend more time trying at this point

The app was working, but as of late I cannot load into it. I just get a yellow mighty jaxx screen followed with a with a white screen that does load. I tried clearing storage and the cache with no luck.
