you can't download any pictures what so ever without paying.. Total bull... complete waste of time and space. there is too many apps that offer thousands of free wallpapers and backgrounds that are much better and totally free. :/ Try : Zedge or fun for mobile.. Just to name a couple. Theres a ton tho that are free. I wouldn't waste my time or phone/sd card space with this 1.
