I think this app is outdated. It's showing euro 2016 whereas it suppose to be 2020. Then again the new promoted championship teams to premier league is still not showing as premier league but championship. And it suppose to automatically add those teams to premier league table but we just have to do it manually

I had been experiencing the same lost favorites issue as everyone else and I have now found a solution that worked for me. Go to the app's settings and delete both the cache and the data. Then open the app. Assuming you sign in with a Microsoft account, it should now prompt whether to merge or discard prior settings. Select 'discard,' NOT merge. Then re-select your favorite sports, teams, etc. This time, they should stick instead of disappearing like they've been doing lately. Give it a try!

The change to the baseball box score selection is an absolute disaster. Very hard to read. Old version was much more user friendly. Terrible decision. Resulting in a much lower rating for the app.

Over the last week it has not rembered any settings. I have to reset them all. I close the app and reopen, the settings are lost. I have rebooted the device, uninstslled-reinstalled multiple times. Typical MS inconsistency in app design. Still messed up. The key is to disassociate the app from my MS account, now it works. Log in, it loses all the settings.

Got hooked on the app years ago as it provided scores, news, stats, and standings all in one place which was very convenient. Sadly, they don't seem to care much about upgrading content or fixing bugs anymore. The NHL standings page has been messed up all season as an example due to league realignment. No one at MSN bothered to make the necessary changes.

I can no longer get this app to work like how it once did. It only displays the News. No other feature works. I've re-entered the data for My Teams and My Sports several times, but the info just disappears after I closed the app. Just decided to uninstall it and replaced it with other sports app.
