Couldn't use the points. Very disappointing. What's the purpose of collecting points when every time you want to use it, the Alfamart cashier always said the servers are offline or whatsoever. Rectify this issue as soon as possible. The app and the merchant are both untrusted. Very disappointing. The app developer didn't even bother to read my feed back. What a waste.

lumayan untuk iseng, siapa tahu beruntung. Akhir-akhir ini terlogout terus. Udah tanya ke CS, nggak pernah direspons. Suddenly it works well. Miracolously. These last two days there's s hurdle, bad link which I have reported but no human response at all and worst as ever, no action at all.
