App not working just flashes on screen (black & white), then we get exited from the app automatically, it fails to open, what have you guys done, earlier it was a good app for redemption of our points but now it's useless..😒

I used it few days. And it seemed to me better. But now it is the worst one. Lastly a transition of amount rs 500 i.e, 2000 points failed. In spite of all my efforts they don't cover, I mean solve.

Not able to open the app. App shows white and black screen shows alternatively, nothing more. Even no log in option nothing. Only white and black colour switches. I have to press home button to get out.

After update there is no option to login, can't check rewards, can't roll in on any bank reward program .. etc what is the point if you cant do anything on this app. it is utterly useless at this point.
