Fantastic way to prepare for Legoland. I really love that you can enter your children's age and height and it recommends attractions for you to add to your planner, and you can then filter the map view based on your planner. Also love the love queue updates - so many thoughtful features to help families make the most of and enjoy (what can be a stressful day out to) the amusement park

Useful app to see queue times and showtimes. It can be hit and miss in terms of accuracy. The most frustrating thing about it is that it seems to periodically update itself and reset, which loses all the tickets and passes I'd imported. It's such a faff to bring them across again.

An interesting app to get ready for our trip, but one thing appears to be missing - I've added several things to my "Planner" but there is no way to see where they are on the map screen via some kind of "My Plan" filter. With two small kids, I don't want to walk across the park, back again, and then back across the park - knowing where my planned things are would be a useful feature, no?

A very poorly designed app. It can be used only for finding out waiting times for the rides and for brief descriptions of the rides. You still need a paper map to find your way around the park. It could greatly benefit from having : 1/ the option to build up a list of rides (sort of "to do" list); 2/ map of the park with attractions marked in the same way they are on the paper map; 3/ gps/navigation module, to show you your position and give an option to show you the way to a chosen ride.

Some useful info, but it is quite a frustrating app. 1) The default map orientation is different to the paper map (which the wife was using) so it causes confusion when comparing the two. 2) Only one category can be viewed at a time, so it's tricky to view attractions and rides or cafes at the same time. And when switching between categories, the map re-centres so you can't even easily switch between categories to view what's on in a particular area. 3) If you find something in the list, it doesn't highlight it on the map where. So you have to tap every map icon until you find the item you initially found in the list. 4) No walking directions. The app knows where you are and how long it'll take you to walk to an attraction, but it won't tell you how to get there. 5) Opening/closing times of rides and attractions didn't seem to match the actual opening and closing times of the attractions. All of the above are well implemented in the Disneyland, Florida app.

The queues info were completely out off the reality. We went for attraction, which was 10 minutes waiting queue in the app, but we were waiting for an hour. You cannot see the whole queue, so you cannot guess whether it is realistic or not. Some attraction were shut, but app was showing open and vice versa. We found the app useless and misleading......
