Left a base and took card off file since I discontinued membership, but the keep charging. Was told to "try again" with the app. Putting stop payment with credit card company. ***Update** MP contacted me and resolved the issue. I recommend that if we can sign up for club membership thru the app, we should be able to cancel thru the app. Also, when someone removes their credit card info from the app, charges should stop; otherwise it's a useless feature. ***Update 2*** The response to this was that the cancellation was only done by the club, but I received a call from Member Planet saying that Member Planet was the way to cancel. 2 different answers. And despite Member Planet saying they were canceling my membership, I just received an email saying they're charging me again. Back to a 1-star rating.

The app is old and I keep getting notifications that the app has stopped working but I never have the app open when I get these notifications. I've sent multiple messages regarding this continuing problem but never get a response or a solution. It is now Feb 17, 2019 and I still have not received any notification from the developers of this garbage app that they have a solution to the endless notifications I get about the app stopping when it is not open. I would rate it zero stars if I could!

never seems to load for me. I just uninstalled it and installed again, working now. not working again..uninstalled and reinstalled 3 times now and still nothing.

the app is buggy, the services are good. but I hate using the app due to lack of response, lack of complete pool of clubs... etc.

Login first time ok. Follwed instructions to go to MemberPlanet website to finish my profile. Now can't access my profile, photo, member card. This is used for an Air Force club. Sad. One star is too many for this app.

yeah sure the app kinda works but constantly crashes. If I didn't need it to retrieve a membership card almost daily I'd uninstall it
