I love Melt and got this app when I was told the loyalty program was moving there. Placed my first order, and right off the bat, paying in-app failed, so I had to pay in-store instead, and the time zone for when I placed the order seems stuck in CST (I'm in EST), which scared me and made me think the pickup time got set to sometime in the past. Not a good look. At least actually picking up the food went fine.

I haven't opened the app thoroughly but I can already tell it's gonna be great cuz I mean c'mon it's melt have you had their grilled cheese??? Anyway it's great.

The app is unusable. I can't place an order, it says "An unexpected error occurred while submitting order.". I have tried multiple times with different orders on different days. The same result everytime. I also can't view or add to my bag the Vegan Hangover Fries from the menu. It says, "Invalid menu data" everytime. Aside from those two deal breakers it shows promise as a reasonably useful app. I'm trying to order from the Akron, Ohio, store using Moto G7 Play.

Literally cannot order. Every time I go to finalize an order when it goes to calculate the tax it says "an unexpected error occurred while submitting order". So not only is the website broken (because you can't order vegan food without getting a "required option not selected" screen when the order is complete) the app is broken too, so I have to call and hope they get it right. At the moment the app is good for looking at the menu and nothing else unfortunately.

App continuously glitches or shuts down. I tried to find my location on it but it just won't work. The concept is good, the app just needs to be fixed.
