I'm sure I'd love the content but can't read half of it because the index box will not go away from the right hand side, no matter what I do. What ends up happening is that the blue+scrollable index box covers half of the page and I can't read anything underneath it. I'm using a Google nexus 7. How can I get rid of that box?
