Very easy to check movies, pick seats and then scan in at the theater! Has options to get food and snacks too but haven't used that. Love the Megaplex app.

Can't login even after I reset my password. Can't get to my rewards. It's the same for both my wife and I on seperate accounts.

Update! Figured out the password issue. Can't change my phone number on app, so if that's wrong or home phone number used for previous rewards, password change only works if that old phone number is used. Dumb system, it's like not being able to change a username. App works fine if you can log in.

Keeps Crashing!!! Most of the time I can't get a few clicks/taps in before the app freezes and crashes, let alone get through one transaction.

Update 10/6/18 They finally got the login issue fixed and so I am able to log in and the app is very nice. however, the gift card system still is not able to work. the message that I was getting from the app was that the gift card number was not in the system and so I thought that it was because the card I have been using is over two years old I went and swapped it for a brand-new gift card. I still get the same error. The only reason that I bought a gift card was so that I could buy tickets without a convenience online fee. 9/21/18 Newest update still doesn't fully link the login account to the reward number. If it does, it doesn't act like it. Also, it won't accept ANY gift card, new or old. "Can't find the number" is what I get. Frustrating is the word that describes this app. I bet you've lost thousands and thousands in revenue because of it.
