The worst app that anyone can have. Not used any video , now its not working. More than 140 hours left. Didn't received the hand written notes also.

Hi, this app keeps saying error 2061, I have restarted my phone, uninstalled and installed the app. I don't know what else to do. These errors keep popping up every now and then and takes more than a day to get fixed.
